Our Story

Orchid takes its name from Colombia’s national flower, a symbol of resilience, beauty, and growth. Just like the orchid, our company is proudly built by Colombian entrepreneurs with one clear purpose: to connect U.S. law firms and real estate teams with exceptional bilingual professionals while creating meaningful opportunities at home.

ORCHID

As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the value of time. To us, the greatest luxury is not material, it’s the ability to buy your time back and focus on what truly matters: serving clients, growing your practice, and building the life you envision. Orchid exists to make that possible.

OUR MISSION

To empower U.S. attorneys and business owners with world-class bilingual talent, while generating dignified, compliant, and sustainable job opportunities for Colombian professionals.

OUR VISION

To become the leading Latino-owned outsourcing partner in the U.S. legal and real estate industries, recognized for ethics, excellence, and the positive impact we create across borders.

Hiring With Purpose, Guided by Ethics

At Orchid, we believe job creation should never come at the expense of fairness. That’s why we proudly comply with Colombian labor and employment laws, ensuring every opportunity we provide is transparent, ethical, and dignified.

Creating Jobs, Building Futures

Empowering Women

We want Orchid to become a leading source of jobs and income for women in Colombia, who continue to face some of the toughest barriers in the labor market.

Colombia’s national unemployment rate in June 2025 was 8.6%, nearly double that of the United States at 4.1%.

For women, unemployment was significantly higher at 11.64%, reflecting a 4.5% gender gap that persists year after year, vs. 3.6% in the U.S.

Young professionals and women are disproportionately affected, often underemployed or forced into informal jobs despite advanced education.

What This Means for Latino Talent

Behind every percentage are real people, professionals who studied, worked hard, and still struggle to find fair opportunities. The Latino community holds extraordinary skills: bilingual communication, cultural insight, resilience, and determination. Yet too often, this talent remains underrecognized or underutilized.
